VIP currently services all areas of Rhode Island, eastern Massachusetts,

How do I schedule an inventory?
You can either call our office or email. The inventory can be scheduled
right away, or we will set up a visit to your business and assess your
inventory requirements.
What times are available
to schedule an inventory?
We are available to conduct an inventory at any time. Inventories are
scheduled at the convenience of the customer.
What types of inventories can you perform?
VIP performs scan and financial level inventories. We produce totals by
retail dollars or cost, if cost factors are provided.
What are some of the other services you
offer to customers?
In addition to providing accurate scan and financial counts, we can also
assist with the following:
- Store preparation, including backroom and sales floor setup.
- Outside auditing, providing an independent recount of the company providing the inventory.
- Providing tips for establishing the most accurate inventory possible.
Are your rates competitive?
Our rates are very competitive. With low overhead, most of the time we
are much lower than the competition.
How long do the inventories take to complete?
We usually schedule the inventories to last 3 to 5 hours. Convenience
stores and smaller liquor stores get completed in about 2 to 3 hours.
